13. Net Proceeds & Contribution Impact

  • Our project is committed to doing our small part in supporting organizations dedicated to preserving cultural heritage, archaeology, and history. To ensure the sustainability of our initiative, a portion of each entry fee is allocated to cover operational and processing costs. After necessary transaction and operational fees, 100% of the net proceeds are donated to organizations working to safeguard history for future generations.
  • Net proceeds are calculated as follows:
    • Entry Fee minus:
      • 2.9% transaction fee charged by WooCommerce.
      • $0.30 per transaction charged by WooCommerce.
      • An additional 1% transaction fee for payments made with non-U.S. issued cards, but assumed on all transactions.
      • A 50% operations fee—because even history needs a project manager (and hey, someone’s got to keep the lights on), calculated based on the subtotal after WooCommerce Fees.

Your participation directly contributes to our mission, helping to fund projects that protect and celebrate our shared human history.
